On June 29, 2007, the Company entered into a Mortgage Assistance Bonus Program (the “Program”) with its Vice President of Engineering, Juergen Lutz. Mr. Lutz had previously resided in Austin Texas and requested assistance in order to be able to purchase a home in Silicon Valley. Under the Program, provided that Mr. Lutz purchases a home in Silicon Valley prior to the end of 2007, the Company would grant him a bonus of up to $3,500 per month to assist him with his mortgage payment for the prior month. The Program would last so long as Mr. Lutz remained a Company employee for up to four years.
