The Company announced on July 29, 2008 that it had entered into a Short Term Loan Agreement with St James Capital Holdings, Inc. This loan was expressly for the purchase of "free trading" and unrestricted shares in Hunt Gold Corporation (HGLC.PK) by the Company.
The Company did not utilize this Loan Facility from St James Capital Holdings, Inc. nor does it intend to so.
St James Capital Holdings, Inc., its subsidiary and associate companies own no shares in the Company whatsoever as at October 8, 2008.
