Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
Parlux Fragrances, Inc. is voluntarily reporting that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel has determined to grant the request of Parlux for continued listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market, subject to the condition imposed by the Panel that, on or before April 16, 2007, Parlux shall file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2006. Parlux expects to be able to file the Form 10-Q for the December 31, 2006 quarter by April 16, 2007 and thereby maintain its Nasdaq listing.
Parlux issued a press release on April 11, 2007 regarding the Panel's decision and its efforts to file its late reports on Form 10-Q, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated by this reference into this Report.
