Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition

       On August 19, 2014, California First National Bancorp ("CFNB") issued a press release announcing a revision to financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2014 previously reported on July 30, 2014 and included in the Form 8-K filed by CFNB on July 31, 2014. A copy of CFNB’s press release dated August 19, 2014 is attached asExhibit 99.1.
