Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 8, 2010, Electronic Control Security Inc. (the “Company”) hosted an investor conference call to discuss the Company’s current sales, marketing and financial position and future growth opportunities. The conference call was pre-announced and was available to the public through live teleconference. At the conference call the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer provided certain information, the contents of which are contained in the Press Release released on April 9, 2010 and which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein..
