Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 22, 2015, Qualcomm Incorporated (the Company) announced that it had initiated a Strategic Realignment Plan (SRP) designed to improve execution, enhance financial performance and drive profitable growth. One of the elements of the SRP was a review of financial and structural alternatives available to create stockholder value.
On December 15, 2015, the Company issued a press release announcing the results of that review. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
