On July 3, 2019, the 30-day waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, relating to the proposed acquisition of Buckeye Partners, L.P. (“Buckeye”) by entities affiliated with IFM Global Infrastructure Fund (the “proposed merger”), has expired, and the expiration satisfies one of the conditions to the closing of the proposed merger.
