Declaration of Cash Dividend
On October 17, 2011, Park National Corporation (“Park”) issued a news release (the “Declaration of a Dividend News Release”) announcing that the Park Board of Directors declared a $0.94 per share quarterly cash dividend in respect of Park’s common shares. The dividend is payable on December 9, 2011 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 23, 2011. A copy of the Declaration of a Dividend News Release is included as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
