On April 8, 2024, Sono-Tek Corporation issued a press release regarding its preliminary net sales for the quarter and year ended February 29, 2024 and providing preliminary sales guidance for the first quarter of fiscal 2025 (ending May 31, 2025) and full year fiscal 2025 (ending February 28, 2025) in the form attached as exhibit 99.1.
