FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- York, Pennsylvania - April 10, 2024

On April 9, 2024, the Board of Directors of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. (the "Corporation") (Nasdaq: CVLY), the parent company of PeoplesBank, A Codorus Valley Company, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, payable on May 14, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 7, 2024.
