ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On November 1, 2017, Jack in the Box Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will report fourth quarter fiscal 2017 operating results after market close on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, and that the company will host a conference call to review the results on Thursday, November 30, 2017, beginning at 8:30 a.m. PT.
