Explanation of Responses:

1. This disposition was previously accurately reported on the Form 4 filed on 9/6/2016 and is being repeated in order to file this Form 4/A electronically. This Form 4/A is being filed to include J. Curtis Linscott's conformed signature. The previous Form 4 inadvertently included the incorrect conformed signature.

2. Disposed of in connection with the merger between the Issuer and First Cash Financial Services, Inc. ("First Cash"). On the effective date of the merger, each outstanding share of the Issuer was cancelled in exchange for the right to receive 0.84 shares of First Cash common stock, with fractional shares paid in cash.
