On May 7, 2008, Winner Medical Group Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its results for the second quarter ended March 31, 2008 after the US market closes on May 13, 2008 (EST). The Registrant will host a management conference call to discuss the results at 5am (Pacific) / 8am (Eastern) / 8pm (Shenzhen/Hong Kong) on May 14, 2008. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
