Item 8.01 Other Events
On September 8, 2010, Winner Medical Group (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Xiuyuan Fang, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, and Peng Zhai, the Company’s Manager of Investor Relations, will present on behalf of the Company at the Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference on September 13, 2010, at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City. Messrs. Fang and Zhai will also participate in one-on-one meetings with analysts and investors at the conference. The presentation will be webcast live, and a replay will be archived on the Company's investor relations web site at http://ir.winnermedical.com. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
