Item 7.01 Regulation of FD Disclosure.
On December 18, 2012, Baker Hughes Incorporated (the "Company") issued a news release to announce its outlook for the fourth quarter of 2012. The Company will hold a conference call on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. EST to discuss the final results of the fourth quarter of 2012. This scheduled conference call was previously announced on November 30, 2012.
