Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 9, 2014, Baker Hughes Incorporated issued a news release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a 13% increase per share in its quarterly dividend to $0.17 per share payable on August 15, 2014, to holders of record on August 4, 2014. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
