Item 12. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 3, 2004, Bioject announced a net loss of $2.3 million, or $0.22 per share, on revenue of $2.4 million for its fourth quarter of 2003 ended December 31, 2003. In addition, Bioject announced a net loss of $9.3 million, or $0.87 per share, on revenue of $6.3 million for the full year ended December 31, 2003.
