Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 21, 2007, Mesa Air Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has placed the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, George “Peter” Murnane III, on administrative leave while the Company investigates certain matters relating to the actions of Mr. Murnane not involving the financial controls, financial statements or operations of the Company.
