Item 8.01. Other Events.
Mesa Air Regains Compliance with Nasdaq $1.00 Minimum Bid Requirement
On June 4, 2024, Mesa Air Group, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified by the Listing Qualifications Staff (the “Staff”) of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that the Company had regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement, as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), as a result of maintaining a closing bid price of the Company’s Common Stock of at least $1.00 per share or greater for 10 consecutive business days.
As previously reported, on November 3, 2023, the Company received a notice from the Staff that the Company was not in compliance with the minimum bid requirement because the bid price for the Company’s Common Stock had closed below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days.
