CITIZENS & NORTHERN CORPORATION DECLARES DIVIDEND

Wellsboro, PA – The Board of Directors of Citizens & Northern Corporation (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CZNC), has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share. The dividend is payable on August 14, 2015 to shareholders of record as of August 3, 2015. Declaration of the dividend was made at the July 23, 2015 meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors.
