On August 20, 2021, Daniel A. Doyle, Senior Vice President of Puget Sound Energy, Inc. and Puget Energy, Inc. (together, the “Companies”) informed the boards of directors and the executive officers of the Companies that he will retire from the Companies effective September 1, 2021. As previously reported, Mr. Doyle stepped down from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Companies on June 28, 2021, a position he held from November 2011, and continued to serve the Companies as a Senior Vice President reporting to Mary E. Kipp, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, on strategic matters.
