Item 5.02 Departure of Directors and Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On November 7, 2022, Stephen J. King notified Puget Sound Energy, Inc. and Puget Energy, Inc. (together, the “Companies”) of his intent to resign from his position as Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the Companies, effective November 17, 2022. Following Mr. King’s departure, Matthew R. Marcelia, the Companies’ Director of Tax, will serve as interim Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the Companies.
