On December 16, 2009, the Registrant issued a news release entitled “TaxMasters Outlines Strategic Growth Plan for 2010: Strong growth and profitability in 2010 expected to be fueled by demand for services and targeted advertising campaign”, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On December 16, 2009, the Registrant posted on its website at http://www.txmstr.com/investors/shareholder_letter.php, a letter to its shareholders from Registrant’s Founder, President and CEO, Patrick R. Cox, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
