Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets
On May 16, 2019, Cardiff Lexington Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Initial Report”) to report, among other things, the completion of the acquisition of JM Enterprises, LLC (dba – Key Tax Group) a full service tax resolution firm. The Company hereby amends the Initial Report to include the historical financial statements required by Item 9.01(a) and (b) of Form 8-K. This Form 8-K/A should be read in conjunction with the Initial Report.
