Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On March 26, 2020, the Board of Directors of Summit Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an amendment to Section 3 of Article II of the Corporation’s Bylaws to provide the flexibility to hold virtual shareholder meetings.
The Company’s Bylaws, as amended and restated, are attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1 and are incorporated herein by reference.
