Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On January 13, 2021, and effective May 1, 2021, Procyon Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a lease for its warehouse and office in Clearwater, FL. The new lease is for a larger space (approximately 18,000 square feet) in a new location. The term of the agreement is for five years. The Company will receive free rent for three plus months and then the rent will begin at $8.50 per square foot and increase at approximately 2% per square foot per year. A copy of the Leases (One for each unit) are attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and 10.2, incorporated herein.
