Item 8.01 Other Events
On February 7, 2006, Century Bank and Trust Company( “Century”) , issued a press release announcing that it has renewed its contract with NOVA Information Systems a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp, and has also sold its rights to future royalty payments for a portion of its Merchant Credit Card customer base for $600,000. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
