Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

(b) On January 30, 2021, Joseph J. Senna resigned from the Board of Directors of Century Bancorp, Inc. and Century Bank and Trust Company effective as of February 1, 2021. Mr. Senna, who is 81 years old, became a director of the Company in 1986. He has been a director of the Bank since 1979.
