Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 15, 2005 the Company disclosed that on June 14, 2005 it received a notice of default with respect to its $230 million 2% Convertible Senior Notes due March 15, 2024. A copy of the June 15, 2005 news release disclosing the notice of default is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 8.01 by reference.
