Item 8.01. Other Events
On June 24, 2005, the Company announced that it has increased the purchase price from $990 to par ($1,000) per $1,000 principal amount of notes in its previously-announced cash tender offers for certain issues of its outstanding notes. A copy of the Company’s June 24, 2005 news release making the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated in this Item 8.01 by reference.
