(“APX”), held on Friday, December 17, 2010 at 9 am ET.  This letter was sent because you held shares in the fund on the record date and we have not received your vote.  The meeting has been adjourned to Friday, January 14, 2011 at 9 am ET to allow shareholders more time to submit their voting instructions.
