On September 27, Northland Cranberries, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that shareholders owning 94.9% of the Company's issued and outstanding Class A Common Stock have entered into agreements to effect a going private transaction of the Company through a "short-form" merger of New Harvest, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, with and into the Company. The press release is included as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
