Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 14, 2019, Heron Therapeutics, Inc. issued a press release announcing topline results from a multi-center postoperative pain management study that provides real-world evidence of opioid-free recovery in patients undergoing outpatient inguinal hernia repair surgery who received the investigational agent,HTX-011, together with a scheduled background regimen of genericover-the-counter oral analgesics (acetaminophen and ibuprofen), as described in the press release furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
