On March 22, 2022, Brickell Biotech, Inc. (the “Company”) commenced distributing to its stockholders a Notice of Annual Meeting of Stockholders and Definitive Proxy Statement (the “Notice and Proxy Statement”) for its 2022 annual meeting of stockholders. A copy of the Notice and Proxy Statement was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 22, 2022. On May 5, 2022, D.F. King & Co, Inc., the Company’s proxy solicitor, will begin mailing a letter to certain of the Company’s stockholders asking them to call, during which voting on the proposals for the annual meeting will be discussed. A copy of the letter is below.
