Multi-Color Declares Quarterly Dividend
Cincinnati, OH—April 22, 2005—Multi-Color Corporation (NASDAQ:LABL), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the Company’s second quarterly cash dividend, a payment of five cents per common share, payable June 1, 2005, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2005.
