Multi-Color Declares Quarterly Dividend
Cincinnati, OH— April 25, 2006—Multi-Color Corporation (NASDAQ:LABL), announced today that its Board of Directors declared at the April 20, 2006 meeting, the Company’s quarterly cash dividend for the first quarter of fiscal 2007. The dividend is a payment of five cents per common share, payable June 1, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2006.
