Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 7, 2017, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Multi-Color Corporation (the “Company”) appointed Ari J. Benacerraf as the new Chairman of the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee. Thomas M. Mohr, the previous Chairman of the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee, sadly passed away in January 2017.
