On February 6, 2018, Multi-Color Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2017. The Company will hold a conference call on February 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Company announced on February 1, 2018 that its Board of Directors declared the Company’s quarterly cash dividend for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2018. The dividend is a payment of five cents per common share, payable March 1, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 15, 2018.
