1. Restricted Stock Units granted August 12, 2024 pursuant to the Albany International Corp. 2023 Plan. Each Restricted Stock Unit entitles the holder to receive one share of Class A Common Stock at the time of vesting.

2. 1151 Restricted Stock Units vest on March 1, 2025; 1151 Restricted Stock Units vest on March 1, 2026; and 1150 Restricted Stock Units vest on March 1, 2027.

3. Restricted Stock Units granted August 12, 2024 pursuant to the Albany International Corp. 2023 Plan. Each Restricted Stock Unit entitles the holder to receive one share of Class A Common Stock at the time of vesting.
