Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 21, 2008, China Wind Systems, Inc. (“the Company”) announced earnings guidance for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008 and the fiscal year ended December 31, 2008. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the guidance is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On July 21, 2008, the Company began a road show and will conduct oral presentations to institutional investors to provide a general introduction to the company, its business and operations. A copy of the presentation materials displayed in connection with the oral presentations is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
