Item 8.01Other Events
On June 28, 2007, Boston Private Financial Holdings, Inc. (the Company”) announced that it had priced its offering of $250 million Contingent Convertible Senior Notes due 2027 to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933. A copy of the press release relating to the Company’s announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
