Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 26, 2006, IDM Pharma, Inc. (the“Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has submitted a New Drug Application (“NDA”) to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) for its lead product candidate Junovan™ requesting approval for its use in the treatment of newly diagnosed resectable high grade osteosarcoma patients following surgical resection in combination with multiple agent chemotherapy.
A copy of the press release announcing the submission of the NDA for Junovan to the FDA is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
