Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 3, 2007, IDM Pharma, Inc. (the“Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) has scheduled an Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee (“ODAC”) meeting on May 9, 2007 at which ODAC will discuss the Company’s lead product candidate Junovan™ for use in the treatment of patients with newly diagnosed resectable high grade osteosarcoma following surgical resection in combination with multiple agent chemotherapy.
A copy of the press release announcing the scheduling by the FDA of the ODAC meeting is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
