Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 24, 2015, ImmunoCellular Therapeutics, Ltd. (the “Company”) conducted a conference call to discuss the Company’s ICT-107 program in patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
