(b) and (c)
On February 6, 2020, PulteGroup, Inc. (the “Company”) designated Brien P. O’Meara, the Company's Vice President and Controller, as the Company's principal accounting officer, effective immediately. Mr. O’Meara, who is 47 years of age, has held various finance positions of increasing responsibility since joining the Company in December 2005 and was appointed to his current position of Vice President and Controller in February 2017. Mr. O'Meara previously served as Assistant Controller effective January 2013.
There are no family relationships, as defined in Item 401 of Regulation S-K, between Mr. O’Meara and any of the Company's executive officers and any director, executive officer or person nominated to become a director or executive officer. There is no arrangement or understanding between Mr. O’Meara and any other person pursuant to which Mr. O’Meara was appointed as principal accounting officer or Vice President and Controller of the Company. There are no transactions in which Mr. O’Meara has an interest requiring disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
James L. Ossowski was previously designated as the Company's principal accounting officer and will remain with the Company as Senior Vice President - Finance.
