(e) On February 9, 2011, James R. Ellinghausen, Executive Vice President-Human Resources, received a discretionary cash bonus approved by the Compensation and Management Development Committee of the Board of Directors of PulteGroup, Inc. in the amount of $100,000 in recognition of Mr. Ellinghausen’s individual performance and increased role and responsibilities during the Company’s 2010 fiscal year.
