On December 28, 2007, Infinity Energy Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) received written notification from the NASDAQ Stock Market (“NASDAQ”) indicating that the minimum closing bid price of the Company’s common stock had fallen below $1.00 for 30 consecutive trading days, and therefore, the Company was not in compliance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(5). In accordance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4450(e)(2), the Company has been provided a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until June 24, 2008, to regain compliance. The Company may regain compliance if the bid price of the Company’s common stock closes at or above $1.00 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive business days at any time before June 24, 2008.
