On December 16, 2020, the reporting person transferred 40 shares of Class B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, Series 4 (CHSCL) to the Steven B & Marion Denise Riegel Revocable Trust DTD 01/31/2020. The reporting person and members of his immediate family are the sole beneficiaries of the trust.

2. On December 16, 2020, the reporting person transferred 1420 shares of Class B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, Series 1 (CHSCO) to the Steven B & Marion Denise Riegel Revocable Trust DTD 01/31/2020. The reporting person and members of his immediate family are the sole beneficiaries of the trust.

3. On December 16, 2020, the reporting person transferred 1900 shares of 8% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock to the Steven B & Marion Denise Riegel Revocable Trust DTD 01/31/2020. The reporting person and members of his immediate family are the sole beneficiaries of the trust.

4. On December 16, 2020, the reporting person transferred 245 shares of 8% Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (CHSCP) to the Steven B & Marion Denise Riegel Revocable Trust DTD 01/31/2020. The reporting person and members of his immediate family are the sole beneficiaries of the trust.
