Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 7, 2005, Waste Management, Inc. (the “Company”) furnished a Current Report on Form 8-K, reporting Regulation FD Disclosure under Item 7.01 regarding its new landfill pricing study. The 8-K erroneously stated that the landfill pricing study was initiated effective January 1, 2004. The study actually was initiated effective January 1, 2005.
