The Company adopted early the provisions of SFAS #158 in the Form 10-K for the year to September 30, 2006. The Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 30, 2006 was the first quarterly report containing the disclosures under SFAS #158. The Company had difficulty in obtaining certain data for the required disclosures. This data was obtained on February 14, 2007 and the form 10-Q was filed on that date.
